Wedling audit and welding process design and development of freight car project exported to Germany

Abstract：Against the backdrop of the national Belt and Road Initiative and the enterprise " going global" strategy，the company has secured a number of export orders. Taking a certain type of freight wagon designed and manufactured for Deutsche Bahn AG（hereinafter referred to as DB）as an example，this paper introduces therelevant work on the design and development of the welding process.The work fully complies with the relevant standards and customer requirements，and the product passed the welding construction audit of DB （hereinafter referred to as the STBP audit）prior to mass production，successfully meeting the conditions for mass production.This has laid asolid foundation forthe smooth delivery of products and can provide certain references for enterprises in the same industry.
