Abstract:Polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)arecommonpersistentorganicpolutants insoilenvironments.Pyrene,samodelcompoudofAHs,isidelydistributedinstuarinesdimentsoils.Thissudytargeedpyreneplltionbysolatingandg64 bacterialstrainsfromsdimentsamplesoftePearlRiverEstuaryrimarilyelongingtotepylaFmicutesandProteobacteria,ich exhibitedpyrendegrdingapabili.Basedonylenetictreconstuctionightpylgeneticallyistantstrainseeselectedfor single-strainpyrenedegradationexperimentsTheresultsshowedthatRhodococcstrainsPrR184andPrROOlhadthebestdegradation abilitieswihain84utpefoingrROsefdingsofiteotentialofodoocstrainstogades,dic tingtheirapplicabilityinthe bioremediationof pyreneand otherPAHcontaminants in estuarine sedimentsand soils.

前言

多环芳烃(PAHs)是一类由两个或多个苯环以线状、角状或簇状排列组成的持久性有机污染物(POPs),在土壤具有潜在的生态和环境毒理效应,研究发现珠江口表层沉积物中PAHs含量范围在56.6~1297ng/g ,处于中等水平并具有一定的生态风险[1;中国表层土壤中PAHs含量范围为313.10~1 070.45ng/g ,处于中度污染水平并呈现省域浓度差异[2]。(剩余5899字)
