Abstract:Polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)aretypicalrecaleitrantpolutants thatposeaseriousthreattohumanhealthdue totheircarcinogenic,teratogenicndmutagenicfects.Tisstudysystematicallnalyesthecurentresearchstatus,challgand hotspotsofmicrobialremediationofPAHscontaminationusingabibliometricapproach.Inaddition,thispaperhighlightsthemajorre searchchalenges,ncudinglowmicrobialdegadationiencyinomplexevironments,sensitivitytofuctuatigonditios,by productcontrolisues,andhallngesinmicrobialcommunityonstructionandstabilityrougheywordclustering,tissudylso highlightsfuturesearchotspotssuchsicobialcommunityptimisationevelopentofultifunctioalegadativesd ecologicalsafetyndsecuityTesefiningmphasisetecadeicsignificanendpracticalpotetialofcobialtecholoesd dressing PAHs contamination and also set the direction for future research.
