Abstract:BysimulatingthedifusionofwaterpolutioncausedbysudenoilspillfromshipsinabasinincentralChina,thisstudy providesscientificsupportforforulatingefectivewaterpolutionpreventionandcontrolstrategies.FVCOMoceanumericalodelis usedtoconstructhydrodyamicequationsandsimulatethehydrodynamicenvironmentofrivers.Basedontheconceptof"oilparticles", theparticletrackingcomponentinFVCOMmodelisoptimized,andtheinfluenceofshearfowandturbulenceistakenintoaccountto buildanoilspllsmulationmodeltoealizeynamicvisualaalyssandpredictionofsddenpolutantdifusion.Thepoltantsapidly dispersedfromthesource,primarilyspreadinginthesoutheastdirection.Thedifusionrangeofthesudenpolutantreleaseisgradualy expanding,formngafnapedpattSuddenpoltatsgraduallypenetrateintotheloweraterbodyeventuallforingtable polution distribution in the water body,simulating the diffusion of sudden water polltion incidents inthe basin.
