Abstract:Withtheadvancementofdeepoilandgasexploration,multipleexplorationwelsintheMa3sectionoftheOrdovician MajiagouFormation(hereinafterreferedtoasMa3section)beneath thesaltsequenceintheeastemOrdosBasinhaveyielded commercial gasflowsduringtesting,demonstrating promisingexplorationpotential.However,thecomplexdevelopmentmechanisms andrelativelylimitedresearchonefectivereservoirsinthisintervalhaveconstrainedexplorationanddevelopmentprogess. Therefore,basedondata from dilling cores,thinsections,3Dseismic,anddrilingandlogging,asystematicanalysis was conductedtoidentifthetys,hracteristics,andcontrolingfactorsoffetiveresevoirsintheMa3section,nasevir development modelwasestablished.Theresultsindicate thatsulfatelagoonandgypsum-bearingdolomiteflatfaciesprovide the materialbasisformoldicporeresevoirs,whicharetransformedintohigh-qualitystoragespacesthroughdisolution.Dolomiteflat faciesdevelopintercystallne(disolved)poreresevoirsiadolomitizationandbrialdisslutionShoalodiesfonteraulardisolvedporereservoirsthroughthedissolutionofprimaryintergranularpores.Multi-phasetectonicfaultscontrolthedevelopment offracturesandfault-karstbodies,significantlyenhancingreservoironnectivityConsequently,compositeareascharacterizedby shoalbodies,dolomiteflats,andgypsum-bearingdolomiteflatfacies,whichhaveundergoneintensedisolutionandmulti-phase fault modification,represent key targets for future exploration.
