基于图像处理的非接触式车辆轮眉间隙测量系统设计

【摘要】为高效实现车辆轮眉测量,基于图像处理技术设计了一种非接触式车辆轮眉间隙测量系统,并利用MATLAB的图形用户界面(GUI)开发了相应的测量软件,验证结果表明,实际间隙不小于15 mm时,该系统在不同拍摄距离条件下计算得到的轮眉间隙误差均控制在2%以内,具有较高的测量精度。

Design of Non-Contact Vehicle Wheel Fender Clearance Measurement System Based on Image Processing

【Abstract】In order to efficiently realize the measurement of vehicle wheel brows, a non-contact vehicle wheel fender clearance measurement system is designed based on image processing technology, and corresponding measurement software is created with the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of MATLAB. The verification results show that for actual clearance of at least 15 mm, the error of the wheel fender clearance calculated by the system under different shooting distance conditions is controlled within 2%, which exhibiting a high degree of measurement accuracy.
