变速器用挡位开关故障分析及改进

【摘要】为了解决变速箱用挡位开关在使用中故障问题，结合挡位开关使用中的故障件，对挡位开关密封不良造成内部进油问题、作动压力下开关通断失效问题以及触点烧蚀问题进行分析，进一步提高挡位开关的性能。验证结果表明，所提出的方案可有效解决挡位开关在使用过程中存在的问题。

Fault Analysis and Improvement of Gearbox Gear Switch

【Abstract】In order to eliminate fault of gearbox gear switch in use， this paper， by correlating with the faulty parts in the use of gear switch， analyzed oil intake problem caused by poor sealing of gear switch， switch on-and-off failure under actuating pressure as well as contact ablation， to further improve the performance of the gear switch. The verification results show than the proposed scheme can effectively solve the problems existing in the use of the gear switch.
