保障农民集体权利促进乡村全面振兴的内在逻辑与优化走向

摘要 农民集体的主体性地位决定了其在乡村全面振兴中的重要作用，保障农民集体权利促进乡村全面振兴具有内在的时代逻辑、价值逻辑和制度逻辑。面对农民集体角色定位不清、组织化程度与驱动不足、农民集体认知度不够的现实挑战，应当以推进应然权利现实化、加强权利与制度支撑和引导建设共同体意识为优化走向。

The Intrinsic Logic and Optimization Direction of Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization by Safeguarding the Rights of Peasant Collectivity

Abstract The subjective status of peasant collectivity determines their important role in the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside， there is an intrinsic logic of times， value and system to promote the comprehensive rural revitalization by safeguarding the rights of peasant collectivity. Faced with the challenges of unclear role positioning， insufficient level of organization and drive， and insufficient awareness of the peasant collectivity， the optimization direction should be to promote the realization of idealistic rights， strengthen the support of rights and systems， and guide the construction of a sense of community.
