和美乡村视域下乡村文化建设的价值意蕴·现实困境与实践路径

摘要 乡村文化与和美乡村建设有着多维重叠与耦合，为和美乡村建设注入了源源不断的动力。当前，虽然我国乡村文化建设迅速发展，但是仍然存在着主体缺位、人才匮乏、资源沉睡、产业待兴、载体不足等薄弱环节。因此，急需从文化建设主体、人才、产业、基础设施等要素着手，突破困境，促进和美乡村建设。

Abstract Rural culture and Beautiful and Harmonious Villages construction have multi dimensional overlap and coupling， which injects a steady stream of power into the rural construction of Hemei. At present， although China’s rural cultural construction has developed rapidly， there are still weak links such as the absence of subject， lack of talents， sleeping resources， industry to be developed， and the lack of carrier. Therefore， it is urgent to start from the main body of cultural construction， talents， industry， infrastructure and other elements to break through the predicatment and promote the construction of Beautiful and Harmonious Villages.
