Abstract:Teyoleoftureietradfloedsificatioissusdispeciaousotempearefeldstrife newburner.Bycombiningnumericalsmulationandfieldtests,comparativeanalysisismadeonthenewburnerandontraditionaltechology. Theresearchresultsshowthatthenewburnerfeaturesamoreuniformtemperatureditributioninthegasifier,andsignificantlyrducesthe hightemperatureareaattheurerend,whichelpstoextenditsservicelife.FieldtestsfurtherverifyteumericalimulatioesultsDur ingtesting,theeurrsmostratedecelntsricelifdtemperauretabilityedcigearausedymperatuefutios, which plays a significantrolein increasing the operational stabilityofthe gasifier and reducing maintenance costs.
