Research on an Energy-saving Method of Co-incinerating Chemical Waste Liquids and Gases in High-temperature Pyrolysis

Abstract:Toaddresshigheeonsuptiondigholltatemissosuringtetreatmentofhemicalwasteliqdsandsthispaper proposesneergysavingmetodofcoicinerationinig-temperaturepyrolysisTroughasystematialdesignfreactors,comustion chambers,andtalstreametipetftermprovingteotrolofprossparametersompleeprocessflortetrtf waste liquids and gases is established.Experiments show that at a temperature of 900∘C and a residence time of 25s ,the system conversion rate can reach 95.2% ,the CO content can reach 30% ,and the unit energy consumption is 2.1kW⋅h/kg ,This method not only realizes the effcienttreatmentofwasteliqudsandgasesbutalsosignificantlyeducethesysteeergyconsuptiothroughhatenergrecoverynduti lization.Therefore,it provides a new technical path for waste treatment in the chemical industry.
