Analysis and Improvement of Full Closure Bypass Closing Function of Metro Vehicle Door

Abstract:The safety and stability of the door control systemof metro vehicles are related to the life safety of passengers,thequality of passenger service,and the operating eficiency of metro vehicles.In terms of the functional design of metro vehicle doors,not only safety but also efficiency must be considered.This paper analyzesthe bypass function of the loop with all doors closedused in two types of vehicles on Beijing Metro Linel4.It indicates that the existing doorbypass design willcause the transmission eror of the signal that all doors are closed to the traction safety circuit when the all doors closed relay fails and cannot be powered.The traincannot bepuled inthesignalcontrol mode.In this case,the train is generallyclearedand disconnected immediately,and switched to the Emergency Unrestricted Manual (EUM) mode,with a speed limit of 40 km/h and out of operation service,and the fault handling eficiency is low. Therefore,the original circuit needs tobeoptimizedand improved.In viewof theexisting situation that thedoor fulyclosed closed relay are in contacts of different circuits,the door fully closed bypass switch contact is added so that the vehicle can operate in signal control mode by operating the bypass switch when the all doors closed relay fails.This improves the emergency handling eficiency in the case of metro vehicle door safety loop failure and reduces the impact on the main line operation service.
