板柱结构及桁架结构对车体刚度的影响

Influence of Slab-column Structure and Truss Structure on Car Body Stiffness

Abstract: According to the client requirements,CRRC Qiqihar Roling Stock Co.,Ltd. designed a new type of livestock truck.Since the transportationof livestock requires high air circulation,large panels cannot be used for side walls,and frame structures are used instead.To compare the efects of connecting the side walls with a slab-column structure and a truss structure on the stifness of the car body,this paper uses HyperMesh software and NASTRAN software to simulate the stiffness of car body of the two structures.The results show that under the same verticalload,the vertical deformation of the mide beam and side beam of the slab-column vehicle is larger than that of the truss vehicle. Itis proven that the truss structure has a great effect on improving the stiffnessof thecar body,so it is betterto use it to connect the side wall.According to the requirements of transporting livestock,the prototype vehicle after optimization of truss structure is tested, and thetest results are compared with the simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation results,and accumulates valuable experience for the future design of car body side wallframe structure.
