聚氨酯汽车座椅发泡模具防粘涂料性能分析

摘要:为有效防止汽车座椅发泡模具与聚氨酯泡沫中的异氰酸酯形成键合作用,造成模具与聚氨酯泡沫之间粘结,采用自制配方涂料形成脱模剂,通过该脱模剂可以将模具的损害降至最小;从而实现节约成本以及环保节能的目的,为汽车座椅营造了良好的制作环境。

Performance analysis of anti-sticking coating for
polyurethane car seat foaming mold

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent the formation of a bond between the car seat foaming mold and the isocyanate in the polyurethane foamcaus the adhesion between the mold and the polyurethane foam, a self-made formulation coating is used to form a mold release agent. The mold release agent can be used to form a release agent. The damage of the car seat is minimized, so as to realize the purpose of cost saving and environmental protection and energy savingand create a good manufacturing environment for the car seat.
