生态学视角下男幼儿教师流失问题研究

【摘  要】男幼儿教师对于儿童的性别意识的形成、认知和人格的发展具有深刻的影响,然而目前我国男幼儿教师数量少、流失量大,不利于构建科学合理的幼儿教师队伍。笔者从布朗芬布伦纳的生态学理论出发,在微系统、中系统、外系统、宏系统这四个层次系统分析男幼儿教师流失的原因。

Research on the Loss of Male Early Childhood Teachers from the Perspective of Ecology

【Abstract】Male early childhood teachers have a profound influence on the formation of children's gender awareness, cognition and personality development. However, the current small number of male early childhood teachers in my country and the large amount of loss are not conducive to building a scientific and reasonable preschool teacher team. Starting from Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory, the author systematically analyzes the reasons for the loss of male early childhood  teachers in the four levels of micro system, middle system, outer system, and macro system.
