进一步深化国有企业薪酬制度改革的对策建议

【摘  要】根据“十四五”规划,薪酬制度改革仍然是未来国有企业改革的重要内容之一。论文研究了改革开放以来我国国有企业薪酬制度改革经历的4个阶段,指出了随着市场经济环境的变化和国有企业改革的深化,国有企业薪酬制度存在的问题,提出了相关的对策建议。

【Abstract】According to the 14th Five-Year Plan, the reform of salary system is still an important part of the future reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper studies the four stages of salary system reform of China's state-owned enterprises since the reform and opening up, points out the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises' salary system with the change of market economic environment and the deepening of state-owned enterprises' reform, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
