区域性企业人才科技创新现状研究

——以安徽省创新型企业为例

【摘  要】论文采取问卷和访谈的形式，调查了安徽省创新型企业人才实现科技创新的具体状况。论文分别从创新动机、获得创新信息渠道、获得创新经费途径、科技成果产出和创新收益5个维度进行了初步的探讨，揭示了区域性企业人才实现科技创新的一般性特征。

【Abstract】In the form of questionnaire and interview， this paper investigates the specific situation of talents realizing scientific and technological innovation in the innovative enterprises in Anhui Province. This paper makes a preliminary discussion from five dimensions： innovation motivation， channels to obtain innovation information， ways to obtain innovation funds， output of scientific and technological achievements and innovation income， and reveals the general characteristics of talents in regional enterprises to realize scientific and technological innovation.

1 引言

在我国经济发展新常态大背景下，要想实现区域经济结构调整、产业升级转型，必然要打破区域传统创新模式，实施创新驱动发展战略，增强经济社会发展的内生动力和活力。（剩余6196字）
