低温弱光对甜瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要 以8个甜瓜种质为试验材料,研究低温弱光胁迫对甜瓜不同品种萌发期和苗期相关性状的影响。结果表明,8个甜瓜种质在萌发期低温胁迫下种子发芽指数均低于对照,苗期低温胁迫下的株高、叶片叶绿素含量、地下鲜重和地上干重均低于对照,且不同品种指标的降低幅度不同,表明不同品种对低温弱光的耐性不同。

Abstract 8 melon germplasms were exposed to low temperature and weak light to study the effect on the related parameters at germination and seedling stage. Results showed that the germination index, plant height, chlorophyll content in leaves, shoot dry weight and root fresh weight in the low temperature and weak light treatment of all germplasms was lower than the control treatment, at the germination and seedling stage respectively. However, the decreased values of the mentioned parameters were different among 8 melon germplasms, which indicated that the tolerance to low temperature and weak light was different.
