ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToexploreand establishaful-cyclemanagement model fordrug traceabilitycodes that aligns with nationalpolicyrequirementsandthepracticalnedsofhealthcareinstitutions，therebyenhancingtherefinementof drug managementandthelevelof medicationsafety.METHODSAtripartitestrategyintegrating“hardwaredeployment，system transformation，andprocessre-engineering”wasadopted.Thisinvolvedtheintroductionofintellgentidentificationdevices （personaldigitalaistant，ig-itionidustrialadr），emodiicationofteospialiformatonsstemitefacadte re-engineringof workflows（drugwarehousing，dispensinganddistribution，drugwithdrawal，uploadingtotheinsurance platform）toachievecomprehensive，informatizedcolectionandassciationof drug traceabilitycodes throughoutallstages. RESULTSAfull-cycle management modelfordrug traceabilitycodes wassuccesfullyestablished，realizingthegoalsofmaking drugs“traceabletothirsourcetrackableintheirdistributionandaccountableintheirresponsibility".Thepatint waitingtiefor medicationdispensingbeforeandaftertheimplementationwas[3.08（1.67，5.58）]minand[3.28（1.77，5.98）]min，respectively. Amongthem，thepatient waitigtimeunder thepre-preparation modewas[3.60（2.13，6.35）]minand[3.50（2.03，6.30）]min， respectively；thepatient waitingtimeunderthereal-timemodewas[2.05（0.83，4.03）]minand[2.78（1.18，5.38）]min， respectively；thenumberofdispensing errors was3，O，respectively；thestaffingofrelevant positions hadnotbeenincreased. CONCLUSIONsTedrugtraceablitycodemanagementmodelconstructedfromaful-ccleperspectiveefectivelymeetsnational policyrequirements.Itprovidesdatasupportforrefinedhospitalmanagementandoferssolidtechnicaland proceduralsafeguards forensuring patient medication safetyand strengthening medical insurance fund supervision，demonstrating practical value.
