Ibstract:eficiencyoptimizationcontroltechnologyforaircompressorstations hasatracted significantatentiondue toits criticalroleinindustrialenergyconservatioconsumptionreduction.Thecurrentresearch status keytechnologies forenergy eficiencycontrol inaircompressr stations wassummarized.Firstly,the basiccomposition workflow air compressor stationsystems were introduced,clarifying theirimportance ascoreenergysupplyunits.Secondly,thefocus was placed onthreecore areas:energy-saving optimizationaircompressrs,technologies for eficient stable exhaust, developmentindryer technology.The key technologiesresearch progressin these areas were reviewed,covering representative methods achievements in inteligentcontrol algorithms,optimization components structures, coordinatedcontrolstrategies.Finally,threekeysystem-levelchalengesinircompressrstations wereidentified:inadequate load-balancing strategiesformultipleunits,dificulties inmatching control strategieswith dynamic equipment states, insuficientcoordinationamong critical equipment.Accordingly,futureresearchprioritiesareoutlinedas follows: 1)developing intellgentloaddistributionbasedondynamic eficiency matching;2)constructing anadaptivecontrolframework deeply coupled with theactualoperating conditions equipment;3)establishingcros-equipment data interaction coordinated control mechanisms.
