Abstract:This studyaims todevelopanactive sound generation system for electric vehicles toenhance thecomfortand powel sensationof thein-carsoundduring aeleration.A design methodforin-carsound during acelerationis proposed,considering threeaspects:thecompositionofengineorders,thedistributionof spectralenergy,andtheenhancementofsoundamplitude withintypical speedranges.Basedonin-car sound surveys,subjectiveevaluations,and testresults,thesimulationanalysisof engine order sounds wascompleted.Anacoustic designscheme fortheaceleration scenario was establishedforacertain A-classpure electricSUV model,andanactive sound generation system based on the vehicle'saudio system was developed. The in-vehicle testresults show that theactive sound generation system increases thesound presureleveland loudness nside the vehicle,achieving amaximum reductionof1.Oacumin the sharpnessof the in-carsound.This activesound generation systemcanefectively improve thesoundqualityinsideelectricvehicles,providing reference for thesubjective evaluation calibration andactivecontrolmethodresearchof in-car sound qualityduring theacelerationconditionof electric vehicles.
