大数据时代煤矿餐饮智慧管理研究

摘  要：煤矿餐饮管理水平直接影响员工用餐体验，为提高管理效率与服务质量，该文以大数据时代为背景，在技术赋能路径下提出一种基于大数据的煤矿餐饮智慧管理方案。结果表明在该方案下通过各子系统的模块功能设计及应用，有利于达到预期目标。建议将该方案推广应用到同类煤矿餐饮智慧管理转型升级之中。

Abstract： The level of coal mine catering management directly affects the employees' dining experience. In order to improve the management efficiency and service quality， this paper puts forward a kind of smart management scheme of coal mine catering based on big data under the background of big data era. The results show that through the module function design and application of each subsystem， it is helpful to achieve the expected goal. It is suggested that the scheme should be applied to the transformation and upgrading of smart management of catering in similar coal mines.
