Abstract: In recent years,piezoresistive yarn sensors have become an important innovation direction of wearable technologywith its high flexibility,wearabilityand lightweight characteristics.For piezoresistive yarn sensors,the working principle,material selection (substrate material,electrodematerial,conductive material)and structure design (single fiber,crossarrangement,twisting)were systematicallyreviewed,and theirapplication potential in health monitoring and human-computer interaction was discussed.Finaly,the ideaof "paying equal attention to material,structureandalgorithm"was proposed forthe future direction.Future research needs todevelop bionic self-healing materials,optimize low-cost manufacturing processes,and integrate multimodal sensing units to break through the triple restrictions of environmental sensitivity,lack of large-scale application,and single function, so as to promote the development of the next generation of intelligent textiles.
