天然茜草染料的超临界CO2流体介质染色性能研究

Abstract:Supercritical CO2 dyeing technology isa high-tech green dyeing method that differs from traditional dyeing techniques. It uses supercritical CO2 fluid instead of water as the dyeing medium, effectively addressing thewater polution isues associated with conventional dyeingand printing industries.Moreover,plant-based dyes are derived from nature,are sustainably renewable,have good environmental and ecological compatibility, and are harmless to human health. The supercritical CO2 dyeing technology of madder dye was investigated, with the effcts of temperature, pressure,and time on the dyeing results being analyzed. Cotton fabric was modified using cationic reagents and hydrophobic agents to examine the influence of such modifications on the dyeing effectiveness of natural dyes in supercritical CO2 fluid.Through analysis of theK/Svalue,Lab value, and DEof the dyed cotton fabric,the impacts of pre-treatment and co-solvents on the dyeing effct were evaluated.Theresults indicate that hydrophobic treatmentofcoton fabric and theaditionofco-solvents can enhance the supercritical CO2 dyeing of natural madder to some extent,although the addition of co-solvents reduces the levelness of the dyeing.
