含螺吡喃的力致变色聚酯型聚氨酯的合成及性能调控研究

Abstract: Mechanochromic elastomers have shown a wide range of applications in flexible displays, intellgent medical monitoring,and material damage warning.However,it is still challenging to prepare aforce-chromotropic elastomer with both high toughnessand sensitive response to external forces.Polyurethane elastomers with hexamethylene disocyanate (HDI) as the hard chain segment and polybutylene adipate-1,4-butanediol (PBA-1000) as the flexible chain segment containing spiropyran (SP) groups were succesfully synthesized by solution polymerization,and the structure of the elastomers was analyzed by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR),and Ultraviolet-Visible-Near Infrared Spectroscopy (UV-Vis),the properties of the materials were optimized by regulating the ratioof the flexible to the rigid chain segments. Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC),Diffrential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC),Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) and X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) were used to analyze the molecular weights,thermal propertiesas wellas crystallineproperties of the elastomers.The mechanical properties,resilienceand mechanochromic sensitivityof polyurethane elastomers were further investigated using universal tensile test.The results show that the elastomer exhibits clearcolor change at diffrent tensile strains with a residual strain of 70% after10 cycles (preset strain of 150% ).Thecritical strain forcolorchange( (εMC) of the elastomer was 12%
