ABSTRACT：Renal cellcarcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.Its pronounced heterogeneityplaysacrucialroleindisease progresion，treatmentresponsesandclinicaloutcomes.Thisreview focusesonthe heterogeneityofthetumormicroenvironmentinrnalcellarcinom，summarizingthekeycellarinteractions，thevolutionof immunosuppresivestates，and thereciprocalregulation between tumorand stromalcomponents.The paper furtherdiscusses the clinicalimpactsofheterogeneityonimmuno-targetedcombinationtherapyalongwiththeapplicationofemergingtechnologies， suchasingle-cellsequencingandspatialtranscriptomics，soastoprovidetheoreticalinsightsandpracticalgudanceforthe precision therapy for renal cell carcinoma.
