摘要 本文以临沂大学农业生物安全专业的建设方案为例，对新农科创新人才培养方案进行了探讨，从国内外农业生物安全专业现状、人才培养目标、多元化创新人才培养模式、全程课程设置、软硬件教学资源、实验实践教学体系、强化劳动教育等方面进行了阐述。

Discussion on the Culture Regimen of New Agricultural Innovation Talents

—— Taking the Agricultural Biosecurity Professional Construction Scheme of Linyi University as an Example

Abstract It was discussed on the new agricultural science innovation talent training program by taking the construction plan of the agricultural biosecurity major of Linyi University as an example.It was discussed about the current situation of agricultural biosecurity majors at home and abroad， talent training goals， diversified innovative talent training models， full curriculum settings， school software and hardware teaching resources， experimental practice teaching system， and strengthened labor education.
