药食同源中黄酮类化合物提取工艺的研究进展
摘要 近年来,药食同源中黄酮类化合物提取工艺的研究非常广泛,不同的提取工艺会直接影响到黄酮类物质的品质、提取量及后续的开发。因此,选择适宜的提取工艺具有重要意义。本文对药食同源中黄酮类化合物提取工艺的研究进展进行了综述,为药食同源中黄酮类化合物提取工艺的进一步研究奠定基础。

Abstract In recent years, the research on the extraction process of flavonoids in the homology of medicine and food is very extensive, and different extraction processes will directly affect the quality, extraction quantity and subsequent development of flavonoids. Therefore, it is of great significance to choose a suitable extraction process. In this paper, the research progress of the extraction process of flavonoids in the homologous medicine and food was reviewed, so as to lay a foundation for the further research on the extraction process of the flavonoids in the homology of medicine and food.
