Abstract：Thispaperpresentstheprocessdesignforanevaporationconcentrationandreusesystemoflwconcentrationcausticsodasolution Witha feed concentration of 7% and an outlet concentration of approximately 32% ，the system features a relatively low temperature rise. Employingoueurrtfllngfiapatioprongjeatudueteaoatits，tdit operates at a capacity of 92t/h and brings the steam consumption to 0.26kg per kilogram of product.It realizes highly efficient，energy-saving causticsodasolutiononceratioemakablancingproductiofecyanderyutlatioTesigebodesdustrciples for energyconservationandconsumptionreduction，meetingrequirements for making fulluseoflow-grade thermalenergy.
