中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司(简称中煤陕西公司)变换及热回收单元采用部分变换 + 配气工艺,由中国五环工程有限公司提供技术,并完成详细工程设计,主要流程包括:来自气化的水煤气经除灰除水后,一部分水煤气经废热锅炉降温、分离冷凝液后,通过变换炉进行CO变换反应;另一部分不经过变换走配气旁路,通过控制进变换炉的流量和配气的流量来满足合成气对CO含量的要求,流程简图见图1。(剩余3596字)
