关于档案信息化建设与档案管理的思考

【摘  要】现阶段，档案信息化建设已经成为人们关注的焦点，在信息技术日益完善的今天，档案管理工作也要不断寻求发展和创新。因此，相关部门需合理利用信息技术，提高档案管理的整体效率。论文主要分析档案信息化建设与档案管理，以供借鉴。

【Abstract】At present， the construction of archives informatization has become the focus of attention. With the improvement of information technology， archives management should constantly seek development and innovation. Therefore， relevant departments should make rational use of information technology to improve the overall efficiency of archives management. This paper mainly analyzes the construction of archives informatization and archives management， for reference.

1 引言

档案信息化建设中，工作人员需要积极創新档案保存和管理方式，做到实体档案向数字化信息档案保存与管理的过渡，以达到长期保存档案信息的目标，实现档案资源的实时共享，便于档案查阅，有效提升档案管理的整体水平。（剩余2721字）
