在热电联产企业中精益成本管理的评价指标及应用对策

【摘  要】论文从热电联产企业的特征入手，通过对精益成本管理理论的研究，总结出热电联产企业精益成本管理的评价指标，并通过对指标的分析总结出精益成本管理在热电联产企业实际应用中的管理对策。

【Abstract】Starting from the characteristics of cogeneration enterprises， through the study of lean cost management theory， this paper summarizes the evaluation index of lean cost management of cogeneration enterprises， and summarizes the management countermeasures of lean cost management in the practical application of cogeneration enterprises through the analysis of the index.

1 引言

热电联产企业自2016年国家电力体制改革后逐步向市场经济迈进，随着市场的不断规范化以及绿色环保理念的深入人心，近些年热电联产企业遇到了空前未有的严峻考验：不断开放的电力市场导致竞争更加激烈，传统热电联产企业的发电成本过高，上网电价竞争能力逐步下降，售电收入逐年减少。（剩余2903字）
