分析装配式建筑工程管理的影响因素及相关建议

【摘  要】装配式建造方式在我国建筑行业中得到了有效应用，但是在实际的施工过程中，装配式建筑工程管理方式比较落后，非常容易出现问题，所以需要加强对相关影响因素的分析和控制，提高管理质量，从而让装配式建筑工程在施工中获得更高的经济效益。

【Abstract】Prefabricated construction method has been effectively applied in China's building industry， but in the actual construction process， the method of prefabricated construction engineering management is relatively backward， and it is very easy to have problems， so it is necessary to strengthen the analysis and control of relevant influencing factors， improve the management quality， so as to make the prefabricated construction engineering obtain higher economic benefits in the construction.
