新经济下人力资源开发与管理的战略特征

【摘  要】随着我国经济社会的发展和经济结构转型升级的加快，社会改革日渐深入。现阶段，各行各业开始展开对新经济下人力资源开发与管理战略特征的研究与探讨。因此，论文对新经济下人力资源开发与管理的战略特征进行了简要分析，以期促进现代人力资源开发与管理水平不断提升。

【Abstract】With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of economic structure transformation and upgrading in China， the social reform is continuously deepening. At present， all walks of life begin to carry out the research and discussion on the strategic characteristics of human resources development and management under the new economy. Therefore， the paper analyzes the strategic characteristics of human resources development and management under the new economy， so as to promote the continuous improvement of modern human resources development and management.
