乳酸菌在畜禽生产中应用的研究进展

摘要：乳酸菌是抗生素新型替代剂的一种，其高效、无残留、无耐药性、安全的特点为广大养殖工作者所推崇和重视。该文对乳酸菌的功能进行了阐述，对乳酸菌制剂在畜禽生产中的应用进行了概述，以期为广大养殖工作者提供有利的参考。

Research Progress on the Application of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Livestock and Poultry Production

Abstract：Lactic acid bacteria（lab）is a new substitute of antibiotics，which is highly effective，residue-free，drug-resistant and safe. The function of lactic acid bacteria and the application of lactic acid bacteria preparation in livestock and poultry production were introduced in this paper.

乳酸菌主要是指一类可发酵碳水化合物（多数为蔗糖、葡萄糖），能产生大量如乳酸、乙酸等的有机酸的革兰氏阳性球菌、杆菌，在食品、轻工业、医药、饲料中均有广泛的运用。（剩余2830字）
