布鲁氏杆菌及检测方法研究进展

摘要：布鲁氏杆菌是一种胞内寄生菌，现阶段针对布鲁氏杆菌病主要从细菌学、血清学、分子生物学等几方面进行检测。该文对布鲁氏杆菌及检测方法加以介绍，以期为后续研究提供参考。
