Abstract：Taking MPC's overseas automobile KD project as the background， the article discusses the importance and problems of overseas automobile KD project budget management， and proposes overseas automobile KD projects from three aspects： project cost estimation and approval， project budget control and change management， and project budget summary， providing recommendations for budget management.
