[摘    要]介绍三氟化氮气体的用途、生产工艺及和利时MACS-K系统的特点，主要阐述MACS-K自动控制系统在电解法生产三氟化氮中的网络结构、各工段控制要点，以及系统的应用特色，总结了在硬件设计和软件设计中的注意事项。

[Abstract]This paper briefly introduces the use of nitrogen trifluoride gas， the production process and the characteristics of Hollysys macs-k system， mainly expounds the network structure of macs-k automatic control system in the electrolytic production of nitrogen trifluoride， the control points of each section， and the application characteristics of the system， and sums up the matters needing attention in hardware design and software design.
