消除容器拼缝棱角的卷板机改造

[摘    要]为消除容器拼缝棱角对卷板机进行改造。分析对三辊卷板机改造设计的相关内容，随后介绍钢板卷制圆筒时形成棱角的原因及圆筒拼缝的棱角对下工序的影响，提出有效消除棱角思路。阐述改进后四辊传动卷板机的相关情况，采用新设备后能够有效提升产品质量以及生产效率。

Discussion on the Improvement of Plate Bending Machine to Eliminate the Edge and Corner of Container Seam

[Abstract]This paper makes an in-depth study on the transformation of the plate bending machine to eliminate the edges and corners of the container seam. Firstly， it analyzes the relevant contents of the transformation design of the three roll plate bending machine， then introduces the causes of the edges and corners formed when the steel plate is rolled into the cylinder， and the influence of the edges and corners of the cylinder seam on the next process， and puts forward the effective ideas of eliminating the edges and corners， and finally expounds the relevant situation of the improved four roll drive plate bending machine， It is concluded that the new equipment can effectively improve the product quality and production efficiency. It can be seen that the improvement of the bending machine to eliminate the container splicing edges and corners has achieved good results.
