【摘要】目的：观察预见性护理对妇科盆腔手术患者的围术期并发症发生率的改善效果，观察预见性护理对其治疗效果的改善作用。方法：选择我院妇科盆腔手术患者122例，随机分为实验组和对比组，各61例，对比组传统护理，实验组加用预见性护理，观察两组围术期并发症等差异。结果：实验组围术期并发症发生率低于对比组，实验组护理满意度高于对比组，实验组护理质量评分高于对比组，实验组PT、APTT、PLT均低于对比组，实验组生活质量评分高于对比组，实验组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均低于对比组，差异明显（P

Influence of predictive nursing on perioperative complications of gynecological pelvic surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the improvement effect of predictive nursing on the incidence of perioperative complications in patients with gynecological pelvic surgery，and to observe the improvement effect of predictive nursing on its therapeutic effect. Methods： A total of 122 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group，with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing，and the experimental group was given predictive nursing.The differences in perioperative complications between the two groups were observed. 婦科盆腔手术是临床常见的手术方式，多与患者的生殖系统疾病、急慢性盆腔炎症有关，妇科盆腔手术患者的器官功能也因此受到影响，造成患者日常生活质量下降，甚至出现生育功能损伤，该症患者在围手术期的护理干预压力较大，除需保障患者身体素质、治疗依从性外，还需要对患者的整体围术期并发症进行干预，围术期并发症会增加患者的手术风险、术后康复压力，一些患者甚至由于并发症出现重大器官栓塞等症状，威胁其生命安全[1-2]。（剩余3983字）
