【摘要】目的：评价分析甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎患者的效果。方法：选取我院2019年12月—2021年12月治疗的96例老年阴道炎患者进行分析，根据随机抽签方式均分为两组，各48例。参照组患者应用甲硝唑栓进行治疗，研讨组患者采用雌激素软膏结合甲硝唑栓进行治疗，对两组患者应用效果进行分析。结果：用药3周后，研讨组患者血清雌二醇低于参照组，而促卵泡生成素则高于参照组，研讨组患者心理领域、独立性、精神支柱、生理领域、社会关系、环境领域6个方面生活质量指标值高于参照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate and analyze the effect of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of patients with senile vaginitis. Methods：96 cases of patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected for analysis，and according to the random lottery method，they were divided into two groups，with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with metronidazole suppository， and the patients in the discussion group were treated with estrogen ointment combined with metronidazole suppository，to analyze the application effects of the two groups of patients. Results：After 3 weeks of treatment，serum estradiol in the discussion group was lower than that in the reference group，while follicle stimulating hormone was higher than that in the reference group，the indexes of quality of life in six aspects of psychological areas，independence，spiritual pillar，physiological areas，social relations and environmental field in the discussion group were higher than those in the reference group（P
