共享经济时代下企业员工培训开发策略

【摘  要】我国各行业企业发展始终离不开人员培训，作为企业可持续发展目的实现的核心理念，员工培训开发在共享经济时代下获得了各行业企业的广泛关注。论文从共享经济时代下相关工作产生的变化入手，分析了其中的不足和优化方式，希望为各行业企业的后续员工培训开发工作优化提供合理参考。

【Abstract】The development of enterprises in various industries in China has always been inseparable from personnel training. As the core concept to achieve the goal of sustainable development of enterprises， the development of staff training has gained wide attention from enterprises in various industries in the era of sharing economy. This paper starts with the changes of related work in the era of sharing economy， and analyzes the shortcomings and optimization methods， hoping to provide reasonable reference for the optimization of the follow-up staff training and development work of enterprises in various industries.
