化工企业应急管理中的人力资源管理研究

【摘  要】随着我国经济的蓬勃发展，化工行业在国民经济中占据了更加重要的地位。论文首先界定了应急管理的相关概念，再对化工企业如何进行应急管理进行分析，找到影响化工企业应急管理效益的人力资源影响因素，最后根据这些影响因素提出对策。

【Abstract】With the vigorous development of China's economy， the chemical industry occupies a more important position in the national economy. This paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of emergency management， then analyzes how to carry out emergency management in chemical enterprises， finds out the influencing factors of human resources that affect the effectiveness of emergency management in chemical enterprises， and finally puts forward countermeasures according to these influencing factors.
