荷兰阿姆斯特丹档案馆“VeleHanden”众包项目机制研究及启示理分析及启示析及其启示

摘  要：2011年荷兰阿姆斯特丹档案馆开展众包项目“VeleHanden”以来已取得了丰硕的成果。文章在研究该项目的基础上，分析其运行机制、组织机制、法律机制、激励机制与质量控制机制，从规范层面、主体层面与客体层面提出相关启示，以期为我国档案部门开展档案众包提供借鉴。

Abstract： Since 2011， the Amsterdam Archives in the Netherlands launched the crowdsourcing project 'VeleHanden' and has achieved fruitful results. Based on the research of the project， the article analyzes its operating mechanism， organizational mechanism， legal mechanism， incentive mechanism and quality control mechanism， and puts forward relevant enlightenments from the standard， subject and object level， in order to provide reference for the Chinese Archives departments to carry out Archives crowdsourcing.
