摘  要：艾滋病档案管理是一项政策性、专业性、机密性较强的工作，为充分发挥档案资源在艾滋病防治工作中的作用，本文针对艾滋病病人的特殊性，从河南省中医试点项目艾滋病病人病历档案管理模式的思路与工作流程进行探讨。以期为艾滋病病人病历档案管理工作提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract： AIDS Archives management is a policy， professional and confidential work. In order to give full play to the role of Archival resources in AIDS prevention and treatment， in view of the particularity of AIDS patients， this paper discusses the ideas and workflow of THE management mode of AIDS patients' medical records in henan Province's TCM pilot project.  In order to provide reference for the management of AIDS patients' medical records.
