平顶山市烟叶基层队伍建设现状及思考

摘要 围绕平顶山市当前烟叶基层队伍现状,分析了烟叶基层队伍存在的问题,提出健全人才评价体系、完善奖惩激励机制、建立培训赋能机制、创新人才引进方式等加强基层队伍的发展建议。

Abstract Based on the current status of the tobacco grassroots team in Pingdingshan, this article analyzed the existing problems of tobacco grassroots team, and then put forward some relevant suggestions for strengthening the development of the grass-roots team, such as improving the talent evaluation system, improving the reward and punishment incentive mechanism, establishing training empowerment mechanism, innovating talent recruitment methods.
