江西农业节水实践、困境及实现路径

——基于用水户的调查

摘  要：农业是用水大户，也是节水潜力所在，推进农业节水工作对于提高水资源利用效率和效益具有重要意义。该文以江西用水户为调查对象，通过问卷调查，分析调查区农业节水现状，指出面临的困境，并从政府、用水户协会和用水户3个层面提出農业节水实现路径，为更好地推进农业节水工作提供参考。

Abstract： Agriculture is a major user of water and has the potential of water saving. Promoting agricultural water saving is of great significance for improving the efficiency and benefit of water resources utilization. This paper takes water users in Jiangxi Province as the investigation object， analyzes the current situation of agricultural water saving in the investigation area through questionnaire survey， points out the difficulties faced， and puts forward the realization path from the three levels of government， water user association and water users， thereby provides reference for better promoting agricultural water-saving work.
