摘要：为了克服国内约画市场的弊端，改进现有约画机制的不足，云上约绘平台创新性地推出了动态选择约画机制、画手激励机制、特色产品定制等机制和服务，建立一个创新、安全、透明的约画平台。

Abstract： In order to improve the drawbacks of the domestic contract making market and the shortcomings of existing contract making mechanisms， the cloud contract making platform has innovatively launched mechanisms and services such as dynamic selection contract making mechanism， painter incentive mechanism， and characteristic product customization， establishing an innovative， secure， and transparent contract making platform.

现如今，国内约画市场存在一些突出问题，主要体现在手续费过高、画手权益无法得到较好保障、画作版权意识淡薄等方面；国外的约画平台商业运作早于我国，现在已能做到艺术价值和商业价值较好地结合，画手的权益保障制度也更加完善，但其更偏向于“二次元”动漫类型的约画，画种较为单一。（剩余4449字）
