AbstractObjectve：ToobservethecinicalefcacyTongbiXinxueGranulesintreatingpatientswithcoronaryheartdiseaseand diabetesmelitus.Methods：Atotal9pientswitoronaryheartdiseaseanddabetespresentingithdeficiencyothQiandYin andstasisblockingtheheartmeridianwererandomlydvidedintothecontrolgroupandthetreatmentgroupaccordingtotherandom numbertablemethod，with45casesineachgroup.ThecontrolgroupreceivedbasicWestemmedicinetreatment，whilethereatment groupwastreatedwithTongbi XinxinGranules inadiontotheWestemmedicinetreatment.Theobservationperiodwas4weeks.The changesiaiactosptosdialeicnoosinalcyectroadgrage， fastingbloodcoelyosyatdmogoinlodlipidsefttrarjectiractioV）tntrcasytolic （LVSV） routinetests，liverandkidneyfunctionsweretestedbeforeandaftertreatmentinbothgroups.Results：Afterthetreatment，the improvementctortoieitsac glucose，glyosyatedlbinodd6lsinattgo than those in the control group P<0.05） .Conclusion：The eficacy Tongbi Shuxin Granules in the treatment coronary heart disease combinedwitabtesisfectiveichansignificantlyimprovetheclinicalsymptomsandardacfunctiontepatientsducete levels bloodglucoseandbloodlipidsandreflectthemuti-targetedtherapeuticeffcttradionalmedicine.
