AbstractObjectiveToidentifythepotentialgenesinvoledintheprogressionofatherosclerossandexploretheasoiationbetween genesandimmuneclinfitrationMethods:Twotranscriptoeprofle(GSE28829andGSE41571)wereanalyzdusingRpackagesfor diferentialgeneexpresion,geneontology,patwayanddiseaseontologyenrichment,protein-proteininteractionandcadidate biomarkerselectio.Teexpresionevelsofandidatebomarkerswereverfiedinavalidationdatasetndthecompostioalpaesof immunecelfactionswerecalculatedusingClBERSORT.Thecorelationanalysisetweendiagnosticgenebiomarkersandinfitrating immunecellswasperformedusingSpearman'srankcorelationanalysisResut:Atotalof15genesweredeterminedasdiagnosticgene biomarkersofdotisceaii CD14 and HCKwereidentfiedas hubgenes,whichwerepositivelycorelated with macrophage M2andnegativelycorrelatedwith CD8+T cell and activateddendritic cell.Conclusion:C1QA,C1QB,C1QC,LY86, CD14 and HCKwere determined as hub geneswhich were identiedtoregateimmunecompetencelTsefindingsevealightontgensasatedwitimmunecellineprogesonf atherosclerosisand may aid the development of new treatmentsand medications.
